Join us for this 2-hour webinar in which instructor Dan Purvine will discuss important issues in A/E firm labor costing and compensation that A/E firms must address in developing their overhead rate and CPA firms must examine in the performance of indirect cost rate audits. Topics addressed include the evaluation of compensation allowability and reasonableness under FAR Part 31, and the recommended audit testing and supporting documentation for allowability of bonus costs. Dan will discuss key considerations for the evaluation of executive compensation reasonableness using the National Compensation Matrix or compensation surveys. Topics will include the proper accounting for overtime premium and uncompensated overtime, as well as recommended disclosures for labor costing and compensation. The webinar will be followed by a 10 question quiz that must be passed at a 70% rate for a Certificate of Completion.
